How to do your job: (Most Jobs)
There are many different things you may do for each and every job listed. Some of the jobs have descriptions BELOW and are very helpful. To start your job you must do the following:
- Arrive at work at (9 AM Day shift) (9 PM Night Shift)
- Be sure to park your vehicle in a legal parking lot or space. (do not block customer parking)
- Read your job description below, and get a little creative whilst abiding by our laws
- Fulfill all of your job duties (submit financial apps, send info to a manger)
- Leave work at (5 pm Day Shift) (5 AM Night Shift) (8 hour shifts count as 1 day of work)
- Fill out the Appropriate form on the Finance Sheet. If you do not complete the form, then you will not get paid. No Exceptions.
Business & Company Owners
Owning a business: Running a business is NOT for a minor role player and play a major role in our group. It is a very nice task to have if you're into managing and want a little more responsibility. TO be the Owner and be able to purchase the business you MUST know how and have done every role your business employs. Owning and running a business is a great way to stay busy on our server and has by far the most options of things to do during our sessions.
Please read the description of the business in which you would like to own below.
- You MUST have sufficient money to be able to buy the business / company outright. (NO LOANS)
- You MUST be able to show you possess the skills and knowledge to run the business you want to own.
- You MUST be able to teach your workforce how your jobs are done at your establishment.
- You MUST keep in contact with other company owners who you work with.
- You MUST make sure your building has fuel/oil for heat and hot water.

Paleto Bay Police Department
The law enforcement is the most important role when it comes to the role playing community. Every member of this organization must be the utmost honest and trustworthy player this community could ask for! Every officer is the epitome of honesty and will not have to be questioned. The department serves this role play community with the highest regard of respect towards other players.

Fire Department

Medical centers are Crucial to our Community. After any accident, Ems service will pick up and deliver to the nearest medical center. At any time if a person has been tased they need to be treated A doctor will assess and treat the individual who may or may not need a prescription.
Ambulance Driver
Practitioner: You will take care of non life threatening injuries to patients brought in by police, or Ambulance.
While on call -($500 Per Patient & $250 per ambulance ride)

The Department of Motor Vehicles
Vehicle Instructors are a staple in our community and if any person wishes to drive a vehicle they must first be certified and licensed to do so. Vehicle instructors are licensed by the Host/Leader and must be licensed for the vehicle in which they are giving there classes.
Instructor: Checks their in game phones or Xbox messages for scheduled or wanted appointments. The instructor will have the student take the test they want to see if they are worthy of driving the vehicle. Test costs $500.00 Each time

- Have the student drive for a total of 5 minutes (real life time)
- Make sure the student performs 10 left turns & 10 Right turns
- Have the student perform two separate parallel parking maneuvers
- Have the student park in a parking lot.
- Have the student perform a U-turn
- Have the student drive back to DMV
- Grade the student. 3 wrong moves & must take the test in 1 day.
- Submit the license & registration form.

Automobile & Motorcycle Dealerships
Vehicle dealerships are another Staple to our role play. Not everyone may own a vehicle, they are not a requirement but they are a pretty serious business. Players will come in, or call to set up an appointment (for expensive & DLC vehicles) and see the vehicle, test drive it then trade in or buy the vehicle.
Detailing associate: You will wash the vehicles (character actions/act it out/pretend) Park vehicles as decided by the manager. Reports to Manager. ($1,000 Salary) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 10 times during an RP session lasting up to 4 IRL hours
Sales Associate: You must learn from the manager which vehicles you have for sale, and their prices. You will make sure the office area, sales area is clean and tidy. You will sell vehicles to customers that come to see you at the dealership property. You may call customers 1 time (in game phone) and see if they are going to buy the car you showed them. You must make sure you sell 1 car per 2 Role Play sessions. Reports to Manager. (12% Commission per vehicle)
Manager: You will make sure your employees are doing their jobs correctly and respectfully. You will answer your employees work related questions. You will make sure the front of the dealership has a couple vehicles to show, for your employees to clean and sell. You will report to the DMV anytime you sell a car. You must report the Customers name, vehicle make & model, and the license plate. ($5K Used, $6k Euro, Asian, American & 15% commission per vehicle) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 4 times during an RP session lasting up to 4 IRL hours
Owner: As the owner, you must make sure your manager is following the laws, Your lot is clean and organized. Your inventory is changing consistently, it is all clean, and set for sales. You must make sure your mechanic is fixing vehicles properly. You must communicate with your manager through A SEPARATE hangout chat, so you can check your sales records, and report them to the bank so you can deposit your money. RECORD KEEPING IS IMPORTANT. ($10k Salary & 50% Commission per vehicle sold) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 4 times during an RP session lasting up to 4 IRL hours

Gas Stations
Gas Stations are a HUGE part of Role-Play and must be treated delicately. Our Community relies on gas to run and must have players Every enter-able Gas Station and/or Convenience Store has an in-game employee. LEAVE NPC'S ALIVE, so we can use the store. DON'T SCARE THEM, because they will cower and shut the store down. Every player MUST stop and fill up for gas. The car class and type of fuel will give you a different time limit. The pump attendant is a very important job and is a main cog in a line of gears that keep this server going.
Assistant Cashier: You are responsible for making sure customers are finding what they need, watching the lead cashier do their job, and interacting with the customers. Make sure the place is neat and tidy. Report all sales to the manager. ($1,500 Salary) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 5 times during an RP session lasting up to 4 IRL hours
Pump Attendant: Will fill gas tanks and bill the customers while making sure the pumps area is clean.

- Send a message thru Xbox Party TEXT Chat saying "___ needs to refuel" when the timer reaches 5 minutes

Auto Repair Service
Mechanic: You must repair any car the players may bring in, in which circumstance you would asses the damage of the car a player (non-npc) (use google sheets) and submit a transaction form.

- Mechanic goes into the shop (through actual door) then opens the garage doors internally.

- Mechanic will tell customer they can leave.

Towing Removal Companies
The vehicle removal company is a highly used service among our community. Police & Fire departments need help with vehicles all the time. The companies may use a HVY dozer, or Cargobob to remove vehicles, sometimes it will be necessary to use both vehicles. These

Real Estate Agencies
Real estate agencies play a large role in our community by showing our citizens the housing options available to them in the towns available. The agents make sure the customers find any property they desire and make every move a smooth transition.
Agents: Agents are the backbone of the business and customers rely on you for the detailed information about every property they want to see. Agents have 3 levels for payment and commission. Level 1 is 16%, Level 2 is 28%, and level 3 is 42%. Promotions take a lot of time but are always worth the effort

Limousine Company
The company is a Luxury Company. To start this company, There is going to have to be a player with funds to purchase and license a limousine. After the player has done so, he may seek out an establishment that can support his Limousine, and help the business. To those that want to hire a limo driver, you must call/text the company manager. $100 Minimum.

Tour Guide Companies
Public Touring Companies may use a land vehicle, watercraft, or aircraft. To arrange a tour, please contact the manager or guide during session hours. All tours are specific routes, that way prices remain the same. The prices for each type of tour is listed on the transport fee sheet.

Post-Op Delivery Company
Any company that needs anything large moved (not mail), shipped or delivered must call and hire the Trucking Company. You are responsible at the beginning of your shift to safely acquire a semi-truck, a trailer if you would like. You can search for trailers while on shift to do more runs. A delivery is a $100 minimum. To calculate a delivery fee, Check the google sheets.

Farms sell food to Local Businesses, Paleto Bay includes Willies supermarket, Bay Market, Mojito inn restaurant, all fruit & vegetable stands. The farms are allowed to have these vehicles on the property: Stanley Fieldmaster with trailer & rake, HVY Dozer, Brute Tipper, Rumpo, Rumpo Custom. Those vehicles can be used by licensed employees.
Caretaker: Patrols the grounds, keeps it neat and tidy.
Food Handlers: Takes care of the food from planting to loading vehicles
Delivery Driver: The drivers bring the washed food to the pre-set businesses around the area
Supervisor: Watches over every employee and makes sure the establishment is running smoothly

- Checks the picked crops for freshness
- Makes sure all food is washed before loading onto trucks
- Manages the delivery of fuel for the equipment & signs for the deliveries
- Organizes all deliveries to the businesses around Northern San Andreas
Master-Farmer / Owner: -The most qualified of workers, the owner also knows how to perform every task that every employee performs.
